Design In A Day

Design in a Day is a focused, collaborative experience where we make meaningful decisions and create a real plan for the space that has been making daily life harder.

Before we meet, you will send measurements, photos, and a video walkthrough of your space. That allows me to understand how the room is currently working, what is getting in the way, and where we need to focus before our session even begins.

Then we meet, over Zoom or in person, for up to 6 hours. We work through your space together in real time. I space-plan the room around the way you and your household actually live, create concept boards and 3D renderings, source the pieces, and build your full shopping list. You are part of the process throughout, approving items and sharing your reactions as we go. That means less back-and-forth, fewer costly mistakes, and more confidence that the pieces you choose will work together before you spend. I source thoughtfully for your budget, without compromising on the function and quality that matter in your space.

Depending on the size of the room and how much it needs, we may have time to work on an additional space as well. I will never rush through a room just to check a box; the goal is to leave you with a plan you can actually use.

You will receive:

  • Up to 6 hours of collaborative design time, over Zoom or in person
  • A space plan with measurements tailored to your room and how your household uses it
  • Concept boards that bring the direction together
  • 3D renderings so you can see the plan before you begin
  • A complete shopping list with the pieces you need to make it happen
  • Real-time collaboration and approval during our session

You might be a good fit if:
-You are tired of living around a room that creates stress, clutter, frustration, or too many daily decisions.
-You know something is not working in the space, but you are not sure what to change first.
-You have been putting off decisions because every choice feels connected to ten more choices.
-You are navigating ADHD, sensory sensitivities, neurodivergence, family routines, or a household that needs the space to work differently.
-You are ready to make decisions with support, rather than spending months second-guessing every item on your own.
